On the Barrow Peninsula
The river Duddon follows the beautiful Duddon valley through Dunnerdale and meets the sea off the Barrow Peninsula becoming the Duddon Estuary. The railway meanders around this scenic stretch of coast, Kirkby-in-Furness station is just visible.
