Dean Clough Mills...

...in Halifax was originally one of the world's largest carpet factories. Built between 1840 and 1860 for Crossley Carpets. It closed for production in 1983 and was purchased by Sir Ernest Hall leading a consortium, who redeveloped the site into what has become a landmark exemplar for urban regeneration. Housing around 150 business units, Hotels, Art Galleries, The Viaduct Theatre, Restaurants and Coffee Bars.
